Dear Group Tour Customer:
To facilitate your arrangements in connection with your trip to Agawa Canyon, I am pleased to provide your Group Menu Selections and to provide you with the following information.
The group menu applies to groups of 25 or more passengers when meals are being paid for by the Tour Company. Groups whose passengers are responsible for their own meals may order from our regular menu and pay individually, or the Tour Escort may collect from the passengers and take advantage of our Special Group Menu (for this service the Tour Escort is entitled to a complimentary breakfast and lunch). Please refer to menu for prices and note that the regular Dining Car Menu prices do not include taxes or gratuities.
Upon Arrival at the Train Depot and after your group has their train tickets, you may board your assigned coach. At this time the Tour Escort (Only) should contact the dining car hostess to arrange seating for your group. The dining cars open for service as soon as the train arrives down at the Depot (Approximately 7:30a.m.).
Please Note: All group Meal Preparations and Payments are to be made directly with and to E.J.M. Catering, Not the Railway. Please contact them directly at: (705) 256-2144 (office) or by fax: (705) 256-1016.
All payments to be made by Visa, Mastercard, Cash, Certified Cheque, or Travelers Cheque, unless otherwise approved by E.J.M. Catering. Payments can be made in Canadian or American Funds and a fair rate of exchange will be provided. Advance payments can be made and your approved company cheque will be accepted.
Credit Card payments will be processed 2 weeks prior to your trip based on updated count provided by the Railway. Please have your Tour Escort provide final count to Dining Car Staff on the day of your tour. Credit Card adjustments CAN NOT be made on board the train and any required Debits or Credits will be made the day after your groups tour. The Dining Car does not charge for cancellations.
Please Contact E.J.M. Catering for more information or to make your Group Meal Booking. We hope that you will enjoy your meals on board and your trip to Agawa Canyon.
Yours truly,
William Waugh
