PAYMENT
Fares are charged in CANADIAN FUNDS, include all taxes and are payable by Visa, Mastercard, Cash, Travellers Cheques or Interac Direct Payment. U.S. customers paying by credit card or direct payment will have ticket cost converted to U.S. funds automatically by their financial institution.

TICKET PURCHASES (RESERVATIONS
ARE STRONGLY RECOMMENDED)
COACH Tickets may be purchased in advance by TELEPHONE.
Please contact a customer service representative toll free at 1-800-242-9287 and be prepared
to give your Visa or Mastercard number and expiry date. Advance telephone sales are available
daily from 8:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. You will receive a written confirmation of your booking and
payment via mail or email.
Our ticket office is open from 7:00 a.m. until 6:30 p.m. daily and tickets may be picked up one day prior to or on the morning of your train departure (please have your booking confirmation). Tickets are reserved by Coach, but seating is open and we recommend arriving just prior to 7:30 a.m. on morning of departure to ensure your seating requirements are met.
If you do not purchase tickets in advance, remaining seats will go on sale the day prior to and on the morning of train departure, subject to availability.
CHANGES/CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations will be accepted up to 14 days prior to tour date. Cancellations received LESS than 14 days prior to tour date are subject to a 10% cancellation fee. We will accept requests for changes in tour date up to two days prior to your original travel date, at no additional charge, subject to availability. If date change cannot be accommodated then cancellation policy takes precedence.
ACCOMMODATION / TOUR TRAIN PACKAGES
Customers wishing to book an Accommodation / Tour Train Holiday package may do so by contacting the Accommodation of your choice.
PASSENGERS WITH DISABILITIES
The railway has a coach equipped for passengers with disabilities including an area for wheelchairs to be secured or if passengers want to be transferred to a seat the wheelchair can be stored.
PLEASE NOTE: Wheelchair lifts have weight restrictions and cannot accommodate motorized wheelchairs or scooters.
- Wheelchairs should be collapsible and not more than 26" wide (outside wheel to wheel).
- Washroom has enlarged door opening to accommodate wheelchairs.
- Tour attendants work out of this coach and are generally available for assistance.
- Wheelchair lifts are available at both Sault Ste. Marie depot and Agawa Canyon for entraining and detraining. Assistance provided by ACR personnel.

DINING CAR SERVICE
Continuous dining car service available from time of boarding to approximately 4:00 p.m. and includes breakfasts, hot and cold lunches, picnic box lunches, cold drinks, coffee, tea, beer, wine and mixed drinks. Cafe coaches offering light lunches and beverages are conveniently located throughout the train. Personal alcohol is prohibited by law.
TOUR ATTENDANTS
Tour attendants go from coach to coach and will be glad to answer any questions or lend assistance.
SOUVENIR MAGAZINE
Each passenger receives a glossy souvenir magazine that highlights the Railway, the tour, Sault Ste. Marie and the region. Includes points of interest route map, Canyon Park Trail map and City map.
PETS
Tour Train cannot accommodate pets. Kennel services available from outside suppliers. Please inquire for contact numbers when making your reservation.
GIFT SHOPS
WHISTLE STOP
Located at the Passenger depot. Hours: 7:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. daily.

GIFT COACHES
A Gift Coach is located at each end of the train. Hours 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. and 1:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. (note on smaller trains attendant will alternate open and close times between shops. Listen for announcements).
SOUVENIR CAR
Located at Agawa Canyon. Hours: Upon arrival at Canyon until approximately 1/2 hour before departure.
CANYON PARK FACILITIES
RESTROOMS
Canyon Park is equipped with a modern, environmentally friendly restroom facility called a Clivus Multrum which has no negative impact on the environment and produces an excellent compost for the parks flower beds.
CANYON CANTEEN
A Canteen structure is available in Canyon Park and offers a variety of sandwiches, drinks and snack items (weather permitting).
FIRST AID
First Aid Station located in Staff House.
RAILWAY MUSEUM
There is a small Railway museum set up in and around the stone picnic shelter.
PLAYGROUND
There is a small playground by the picnic shelter. |
